All shipments will be given a tracking number for you to track your parcel.
This tracking number and name of courier company will be provided to you once I’ve shipped out your item.
Domestic (Malaysia)
All items are shipped via DHL. Transit time 1-3 working days.
International
I ship all parcels from Malaysia via Pos Malaysia, SF express, DHL, TNT, ARAMEX and FEDEX (depends on your location).

These are shipping estimates, I cannot guarantee timely delivery.
Please track your parcel once shipped as sometimes parcel got stuck in the custom and courier service center, in order to avoid unclaimed parcel is being returned to me.
Please note that once a package is shipped, I no longer responsible for it.
Shipping delays
It might take longer time depending on efficiency of the postal services. Unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances including severe weather and customs clearance delay are beyond my control.
Unclaimed / Insufficient or Incorrect Address
Any packages that are sent back to me due to unclaimed or insufficient address, buyers are responsible to pay for the reshipping fee.
Item Lost / Damaged Orders
I apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order. Unfortunately there is very little I can do once an order has left our workshop for posting. NekoWorkshop is a small business, so I cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. I will do my best to assist you, but I cannot guarantee that I will be able to resolve the issue. You can choose to insure your package.
Customs & Taxes
Customs fees and import taxes may be required for shipments to international customers. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance and import taxes that may apply.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Once products are sold, they are non-returnable or refundable unless the order is wrongly sent/wrong size/wrong measurements because of my mistakes. I will pay for the return shipping fee, fix the item and send it back to you. All items sent back to me must be in their original condition (not altered or washed).
If you provide wrong measurements and wish to send back for alteration, you are responsible for alteration fee, return shipping cost and reshipping cost.
Refund Policy
There will be norefunds for:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
No refund for item lost or late arrival or non-delivery
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a paid order is only possible if do so within 6 hours after order placed. Normally I start to process the orders on the same day I accept them. I might not be able to cancel the order once Iβve bought materials or cut the fabric for your order.
